The Shuswap growing problem
Shuswap gardeners deal with something the south Okanagan doesn't: moisture. Spring here is wet and slow to warm, which rots seed and stalls transplants that would be thriving an hour south. Then the humidity that comes off the lake all summer brings blight and mildew pressure that outdoor tomatoes rarely survive intact.
A covered structure changes both. You control the water, the foliage stays dry, and the soil warms weeks earlier than an open bed.

Given the moisture here, the Harvest's polycarbonate roof is worth considering — it diffuses light more evenly and insulates better than film, which matters through a grey Shuswap spring. The Sprout shares the identical frame and base at a lower price if the budget matters more than the finish.
Delivery
Free to Salmon Arm, typically in two to four weeks, longer in spring. Fully assembled on arrival. You need a level site with drainage and room for the truck to get in.
