A farming valley with a short shoulder season
People in Armstrong tend to already know how to grow things. The limitation isn't skill, it's the calendar — this is an agricultural valley where the productive window is well understood and frustratingly fixed. Frost dates bracket the season at both ends and there's not much you can do about it in an open field.
A greenhouse is the cheapest way to buy weeks at either end. Start bedding plants in early spring instead of buying them, and keep producing after the first frost has taken the garden.

If you want a work surface and tool storage in there — and if you're growing seriously, you will — the Harvest includes a full-length work bench and tool board, plus a polycarbonate roof. The Sprout is the same structure without those, at a lower price.
Delivery
Free, fully assembled, typically in two to four weeks, longer in spring. Level, well-drained site and clear access for the truck.
