Kelowna is roughly an hour from our shop in Enderby. It's outside our free delivery radius, so there's a delivery fee based on distance — but your greenhouse still arrives fully assembled and ready to plant.
Heat is the Central Okanagan's problem, not cold
Kelowna has one of the longest growing seasons in Canada, so a greenhouse here isn't about surviving winter. It's about control. July and August routinely deliver heat that stalls tomatoes, scorches greens and forces daily watering in open beds.
A greenhouse with roll-up sides gives you shade, airflow and a controlled watering environment — and lets you start seed in February for an early market, then run a second crop deep into the fall.
Your climate, by the numbers
Kelowna is Canadian plant hardiness zone 7a, a full zone warmer than the 6a it carried on the 1961–1990 normals.
Here is the catch, and it surprises people: the warmest zone in our area has the shortest frost-free season we measure — last frost May 16, first frost September 23, about 130 days. Valley-floor cold air settles. Zone rating and frost window are not the same thing.

Why polycarbonate suits Kelowna
Under intense summer sun, the Harvest's polycarbonate roof diffuses light rather than transmitting it directly. That means less leaf scorch and a more even temperature than clear film. In a climate that gets genuinely hot, it earns its price.

Beyond our free 80km zone, so a distance-based delivery fee applies — we'll confirm it before you order. Both models arrive fully assembled in two to four weeks, longer in spring. You need a level, well-drained site with clear truck access.
