Kamloops is about an hour and a half west of our shop. Outside the free delivery zone, so a distance-based fee applies — but the greenhouse still arrives complete, not as a kit.
Kamloops gardening is a swing problem
The Thompson valley is dry and hot in summer and cold at night well into spring. That daily swing is what makes gardening here harder than the season length suggests — plants that were fine at 2pm get set back by 4°C at dawn. Add the dry air and irrigation becomes constant.
A greenhouse buffers the swing. It holds daytime heat into the evening and cuts the moisture loss that makes Kamloops beds so thirsty.

Kamloops has warmed a full hardiness zone — 5b on the 1961–1990 normals, 6b today. One of the largest shifts of any town we deliver to.
It also has the longest frost-free window in our area: last frost April 30, first frost October 6, about 159 days. The limit here is heat and wind more than cold.

Built for wind as much as snow
Kamloops gets less snow than the Shuswap but more wind, and wind is what finds the weak point in a lightweight structure. Our galvanized steel frame sits on a treated lumber base, anchored and rated for Canadian conditions. Roll-up sides with a hand crank let you vent on hot afternoons and close down before the temperature drops.

The Harvest adds a polycarbonate roof, full-length work bench and tool board. The Sprout gives you the same frame and base with poly film roofing at a lower price. Both in 8'x8' and 10'x16'.
Delivery
Distance-based fee beyond our 80km free zone, confirmed before you order. Fully assembled, typically in two to four weeks, longer in spring. Level site, good drainage, room for the truck.
